Quijano & Asociados acted as legal counsel to Habitats Reit Corp. in the registration process at the Superintendence of the Securities Market (“SMV”) for the public offering and listing of its participation quotas in the Bolsa Latinoamericana de Valores S.A. (“Latinex”).

Insignia Financial Advisors acted as Structuring Agent, Global Bank Corporation acted as the paying, registration and transference agent, and Global Valores, S.A. was appointed as the securities brokerage firm, stock exchange stand and custodian for Habitats Reit Corp.

Quijano & Associates worked closely with Insignia Financial Advisors and Habitats Reit Corp. in defining the terms and conditions of the participation quotas subject to public offering.

Habitats Reit Corp. is a registered, diversified, closed-end, umbrella, self-administered real estate investment trust. Real estate investment companies are those that invest eighty percent (80%) in real estate, in securities representing rights to real estate, or in the business of real estate development and management.
