2What must an internal labor regulation include?
The minimum content that must be included consists of technical and administrative rules necessary for the proper functioning of the company, as well as provisions on hygiene, first aid, and occupational safety.
It must always respect the minimum rights established by the Labor Code (Articles 181 to 192), as well as current laws, agreements, contracts, and customs, and may not infringe upon them.
