- Provide guidance to the work team, propose goals, and ensure they are accomplished.

Professional Trajectory
Prior to joining our professional team, Jorge Luis Yu was an Associate in Sterlington (New York, United States), where he was able to handle routine and administrative contract matters at different stages of negotiation for clients, including private equity and other funds, family offices, public and private companies, investment banks, high net worth individuals and start-ups. He also served as Senior Manager for Morgan & Morgan's British Virgin Islands ensuring the execution of the operation both legally and administratively; as well as Executive Director of the Singapore Office and Legal Counsel of the Beijing Office, where he gained experience both in serving clients in the area of corporate law as well as liaising with the authorities to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations for the continuity of the operation in the relevant jurisdiction, including receiving the relevant authority during inspections; handling of executive matters such as budget planning, compliance, supervision of personnel; and direct and personalized attention to clients in corporate law matters both in Panama and offshore jurisdictions.
