On March 14, together with our colleagues from First Capital Group, we had the pleasure of holding the Conversatory called “The Art of M&A”, organized together exclusively for clients and friends of both companies.

With national and international speakers, the conversation was led by Oliver Muñoz, Partner of our Firm; Maribel Castillo, Partner of First Capital Group (Panama) and Fernando Terré, Partner of First Capital Group (Argentina).

The attendees were able to share their experiences, best practices and the challenges they have encountered on a daily basis; and discuss the relevant aspects to be considered in this world of Mergers and Acquisitions, addressing both a legal and financial perspectives; either to stay competitive or as an expansion strategy.
