Statement #1 issued by the Directorate of Multinational Companies Headquarters of the Ministry of Commerce and Industries of Panama established that companies that have a SEM license will have until December 31st, 2020 to comply with the filing obligation tof the Annual Report regarding the 2019 period. This must be done regardless of the new modifications to the new form (Affidavit), which is available at www.sem.gob.pa
| The Annual Report must be filed together with the audited financial statements of the SEM company in Panama and not of its Business Group, therefore, companies that have any inconvenience to comply with this filing within the established period, must send a communication to the SEM Secretariat, through the following email jeannette.diaz@mici.gob.pa. |
