Speakers during APAMEC FORUM 2024

Quijano & Asociados was honored to have been invited by the Panamanian Capital Markets Association to participate as Speakers during the First National Forum for professionals of the securities market in Panama.

Our partner, Oliver Muñoz Esquivel, had the pleasure of speaking to all attendees about the New regulatory trends on the use of distributed ledger technologies (TRD) in the securities market.

With topics such as Panama’s economic growth for 2024, Price Suppliers: Background, Benefits, Regulation and Current Events; The progress and next steps of the “lists”, among others, the forum also highlighted the importance of strategic alliances and celebrated the recent approval, in June 2024, of the new sustainable financing framework.

Since its founding in 2009, the Panamanian Capital Markets Association (APAMEC) has played a fundamental role in promoting the capital market in Panama.
