We are honored to have been invited to participate in the No Permissions conference, held on January 29 and 30, 2025, at the Sortis Hotel. This event brought together experts from various fields to discuss the most significant advancements in the world of cryptocurrencies, tokenization, decentralized finance, and much more.
Over the course of the two-day conference, key activities addressed crucial topics for the future of investment and asset management.
Several key topics shaping the industry’s future were explored. One of the panel discussions focused on “The Evolution of Real Estate in the Era of Real-World Asset Tokenization,” examining the benefits and legal considerations of real estate asset tokenization. The discussion highlighted how this technology provides new opportunities for high-net-worth investors to access exclusive properties through blockchain. During this panel, our partner, Julio Quijano, had the opportunity to present the investment opportunities that Panama offers in this sector.
Additionally, the workshop “Advanced Strategies for Managing Digital and Physical Assets” provided an in-depth exploration of real estate and tokenization in Panama, analyzing how these innovations can transform asset management.
Our Managing Partner, Julio Quijano, also participated as a speaker in the workshop “Relocation and Tax Optimization for High-Net-Worth Individuals,” offering a comprehensive insight into relocation strategies, favorable tax regimes in Panama and other countries, legal considerations, and the residency and citizenship options available in Panama.
Our international associate, Gonzalo Fábrega, also had the opportunity of participating in such a significant event. We are honored to have been considered as part of these conferences, where we had the opportunity to share insights and learn about the most important innovations in this dynamic sector.
