Social Security Fund suspends generation of Fines, Surcharges and Interests
Through Resolution 383 of April 3rd, 2020, the Director of the Social Security Fund has resolved the suspension of the generation of fines, surcharges and interest for the presentation and / or late payment of the monthly statement of workers and wages of the quota months of February, March, April and May 2020, of natural or legal persons, national or foreign, of public or private law, subject to the compulsory and the voluntary regimes of the Social Security Fund, as established in Law 51 of December 27, 2005 and Cabinet Decree No. 68 of March 31, 1970, after the formal filing of the regular and complementary Return.
