A High-Level Presentation: Julio A. Quijano Represents Quijano & Associates
Representing Quijano & Associates, Mr. Julio A. Quijano B., Managing Partner of the firm, was a featured speaker in one of the event’s most highly regarded sessions. His presentation, entitled:
“Traditional Will vs. Private Interest Foundation: Tools for Effective Estate Planning”
offered a comparative analysis of the advantages and challenges of these two key legal structures in wealth and estate planning. Drawing on his well-established expertise in private wealth law, Mr. Quijano shared practical and strategic insights on:
• Confidentiality and asset protection
• Intergenerational control over wealth
• Legal effectiveness in cross-border contexts
• Application in jurisdictions such as Panama, BVI, Belize, and the Bahamas
His presentation generated strong interest among attendees, particularly those specializing in international estate planning, who praised the conceptual clarity and immediate applicability of the topics discussed. This participation once again confirms Quijano & Associates regional leadership in estate planning and cutting-edge legal structures.
The conference also featured presentations on artificial intelligence, talent retention strategies, and interregional network strengthening, with high-profile speakers such as Dr. Miguel Mantelli (GGI Global) and leaders from firms in Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Andorra, and Colombia.
During the event, it was announced that the next GGI Latin America Regional Conference 2026 will be held in Montevideo, Uruguay, under the coordination of Dr. Darío Andrioli and Dr. Natalia Silva, creating exciting new opportunities for collaboration and growth among member firms in the region.
