For the first time, the 2026 edition of the Forum was held over two full days, bringing together more than 1,000 in-person attendees, over 400 virtual participants, and representatives from more than 25 countries. The event gathered public- and private-sector leaders, issuers, investors, multilateral institutions, credit rating agencies, investment banks, and government authorities.

Throughout its conferences and panel discussions, the Forum addressed key topics shaping the present and future of financial markets, including artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, investment opportunities, energy infrastructure, Latin American fixed income, sustainability, and the integration of regional and international capital markets.

The Forum also highlighted Panama’s role as a platform for connecting investment opportunities between Latin America and global markets, as well as the importance of continuing to strengthen a modern, competitive, and integrated capital market.
