Quijano & Associates advised Cervello Holding S.A. in the registration process at the Superintendency of the Securities Market of Panama (“SMV”)for the public offering and listing of up to 100,000,000 common shares in the Bolsa Latinoamericana de Valores S.A. (“Latinex”).

Quijano & Associates provided advice in the registration of Cervello Holding, S.A. with the SMV and the placement of its participation quotas through Latinex.

The Investment Banking team of Prival Bank, S.A. acted as arranger. Prival Bank, S.A. acted as the Payment, Registrar and Transfer Agent and Custodian, and Prival Securities Inc. was appointed as the Investment Manager and Placement Agent of Cervello Holding S.A.

Cervello Holding S.A. is a “sociedad de inversion inmobiliaria” (the equivalent of a “real estate investment trust” or “REIT” in Panama).
