Quijano & Associates advised Bi-Bank, S.A., a Panamanian bank that started operations in January 2016 and is part of Corporacion BI, one of the largest financial organizations in Central America and the largest in Guatemala; with the registration of a revolving program of commercial papers for an amount of up to US$ 50 million (US$ 50,000,000) at the Superintendence of Securities Market of the Republic of Panama and the Latin American Stock Exchange (Latinex) so that the issuer could offer publicly in series.

The Investment Banking team of Prival Bank, S.A. acted as Structurer of the issue, and Prival Securities acted as the Securities Dealer for the placement fo the securities.
