- Drafting and negotiation of international and domestic agreements such as Stock Purchase Agreements, Joint Ventures, Real Estate Purchase Agreements, Construction Agreements, Operating Agreements, MOUs, NDA’s, among others, for a vast variety of clients.
- Drafting of legal opinions on different legal issues related to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Panama.
- Advises various NGOs in their day-to-day businesses, including incorporation, registration, and daily operations.
- Advises companies on a broad range of commercial transactions, including domestic and cross-border financing transactions, securitization, structuring funds and investment companies, mergers and acquisitions as well as providing legal corporate advice to clients in their day-to-day business dealings.
