His professional trajectory includes M&A and corporate transactions across multiple industries such as automotive, finance, education, and energy, as well as advising on renewable energy projects, infrastructure development, and project finance. Extensive work in public bid processes for high-profile national projects further demonstrates his ability to navigate government contracts with precision and foresight.
International reach characterizes his career, having organized companies in more than ten jurisdictions worldwide, including Belize, Bermuda, Hong Kong, Malta, the Marshall Islands, and Panama. His expertise also encompasses trust and estate planning, banking and finance, maritime matters, and intellectual property, providing comprehensive legal structures for clients with global interests.
