Our partner, Oliver Muñoz, participated as a panelist in the conference, “Draft Bill on Virtual Assets for the Republic of Panama,” organized by the Digital Economy Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC – Panama). The event provided a forum for discussing the key challenges and opportunities presented by the regulation of virtual assets in Panama.

During the conference, Oliver joined Belisario Castillo Sáenz on the panel, offering a legal perspective on the potential impact that this legislative initiative could have on Panama’s financial, technological, and regulatory landscape.
