Luis Miguel Rojer brings extensive experience in banking and finance, capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, commercial law, and government contracts. He has advised local and international clients on high-value transactions, cross-border financings, and complex corporate structures, delivering practical legal strategies that align with global business needs.

Throughout his career, Luis Miguel has been directly involved in the drafting and negotiation of international and domestic agreements, including stock purchase, asset purchase, loan, joint venture, distribution, and licensing agreements. His practice also includes advising on public bids in the health sector, energy project financing, and multinational headquarters establishment in Panama, providing clients with risk mitigation and strategic guidance across industries.

Before joining Quijano & Associates, he served as Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Panama and as Legal Advisor in the Office of the Minister of the Presidency of Panama, gaining unique insight into public law, regulatory frameworks, and government relations.
