Conference on Commercial Dispute Resolution in Ibero-America: renewal and resilience

From May 18 to 22, Quijano y Associates participated in the Commercial Dispute Resolution in Ibero-America: Renewal and Resilience Conference in Mexico City, an event organized by the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission – CIAC and the Commercial Mediation and Arbitration Center CANACO, designed to create a space for discussion, analysis and networking around the latest trends in international arbitration in Ibero-America.

Leading professionals gathered to discuss topics on Arbitration and Constitutional Rights in Ibero-America: Evolution, Setbacks and Triumphs; New CIAC Arbitration Rules 2024: Challenges, Innovations and Practical Aspects; Arbitration and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Disputes: Practical Aspects for Dealmakers and Litigants; What are the Most Common M&A Disputes; Dispute Resolution and Energy Transition: Fact and Fiction, among others.
