The Superintendence of the Securities Market modified Agreements 5-2004, 2-2010 and 7-2020 as a temporary special measure due to the existing State of National Emergency
Through Agreement 2-2021 of the 29th of June, 2021, published in Official Gazette No. 29320-A of the 30th of June, 2021, the validity of Agreement 7-2020 was extended until the 30th of September, 2021, thereby establishing a procedure for the abbreviated registration of the modifications of terms and conditions of a public offering of securities registered in the Superintendence of the Securities Market, as part of the special and temporary measures adopted during the State of National Emergency.
