She provides comprehensive counsel to multinational companies operating in Panama, guiding clients through regulatory challenges, corporate structuring, and labor and immigration strategies.
Her trajectory includes judicial representation in labor matters for multinational corporations in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals and petrochemicals to energy, mining, and logistics. She has drafted and secured approval of work regulations for global companies, managed administrative processes before the Ministry of Labor, and advised leading healthcare providers in labor and compliance matters.
Significant experience also extends to immigration strategies for multinational companies, including assisting a global financial group with operations in more than 40 countries. In addition, she has represented clients before the Maritime Authority of Panama in matters related to seabed concessions for tourism, real estate, and energy projects, as well as before the Civil Aeronautical Authority, obtaining certifications for aeronautical service providers and advising pioneering air taxi operations.
