With solid experience in private wealth law and estate planning, he advises national and international clients on asset structuring, trust formation, and inheritance disputes. His practice also covers corporate structures, maritime services, and representation in cross-border judicial proceedings.

 

His background includes legal assistance before the High Courts of the British Virgin Islands and Belize, handling grants of probate, letters of administration, and share disputes. He has also led the formation of corporate structures and trusts in BVI, while providing counsel in maritime services such as vessel registrations and deletions, changes of jurisdiction, vessel sale transactions, and related court matters.

Additionally, he has been involved in the review and drafting of contracts, including share purchase agreements, loan agreements, wills, and pledge agreements, offering practical solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
