The General Directorate of the Industrial Property Registry (DIGERPI) through Resolution No. 36 of April 30th, 2020, promulgated in the Official Gazette on May 4th, 2020, approved the reception of submissions for new trademark registrations, and requests for procedures of already filed trademarks, through the following emails: marcasnuevas@mici.gob.pa and recepciondigerpi@mici.gob.pa
The reception of applications for Invention Patents, Utility Models, and Industrial Models or Drawings may not be sent by email.
Additionally, it was approved that the corresponding rights payments may be made through online banking and / or credit card.
