On August 12, in strategic partnership with Cornerstone International Group, we had the honor of welcoming distinguished members of the Association of Women Directors of Panama (ADP) to our offices for an exclusive event aimed at strengthening best practices in corporate governance.

During the session, Guillermo Segura, Managing Director of Cornerstone for Central America, shared high-value insights on the search and selection of board members in Latin America, analyzing shareholder expectations, the most sought-after profiles, and the methodologies that are elevating these processes to international standards.

The event also featured the presentation of the 2025 Regional Board Member Study, based on surveys of more than 480 directors across 15 countries, revealing key trends and challenges shaping the region’s corporate leadership agenda.

To conclude the evening, our partner, Carla Rojas Pardini and our associate, Natalia De Obaldía, both ADP members, hosted a networking cocktail in our office lounge, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas and experiences among leaders committed to business excellence.
