In today’s business world, collaboration between experts in different professional areas is essential.  As always, and in the constant search to add value to our clients, on June 26th, and through a strategic alliance with Siuma Talent we held Insights & Coffee at our offices, where we received more than 40 Human Resources professionals from companies in various industries of our country.

During this attractive morning, our senior associate, Ileana Céspedes, talked about the ABCs of the Internal Regulations (talking about the requirements that every company must add to its internal regulations, such as: the Rights, Prevention and integral care regarding people with infections of sexual transmission and HIV (Law 40 of August 14, 2018); Measures to prevent, prohibit and punish Discriminatory Acts (Law 7 of February 14, 2018) and Violence against Women (Law 82 of October 24, 2013) Likewise, Ms. Céspedes talked about the latest most relevant changes in labor immigration.

On her side, Dadhjy Jiménez, CEO of Siuma Talent, contributed with an innovative topic with practical cases of how the use of Artificial Intelligence can help professionals in charge of human resources both in recruitment processes, as well as in climate and performance evaluations; as well as providing statistics on how the use of AI helps eliminate bias in theses processes.

Finally, our guests were able to enjoy an incredible Coffee Tasting, provided by Durán Coffee Store, where we were able to taste caturri/catuay coffee and geisha coffee from our Chirican lands.
