After the success of the 3rd Annual Business Convention between Administrators and Providers of Horizontal Property, where we had the opportunity to participate as Sponsors, this July, 11^th our Real Estate Law team had the pleasure of receiving more than 30 professionals dedicated to the Administration of Horizontal Property, both residential and commercial.

During the presentation “The Role of the Administrator”, our Attorney, Karina Castillo, had the opportunity to address relevant topics for this sector such as the legal framework that regulates it, important concepts that must be handled, the competencies and main responsibilities and obligations as well as the restrictions of all condominium property administrators.  Likewise, the risks to which they may be exposed if they do not have the appropriate and timely legal advice when necessary, and The 7 Recommendations for the Administrator.

After our session, we shared a delicious cocktail where we were able to share our experiences, break the ice and strengthen ties with the community of administrators.
