Quijano & Associates (BVI) Limited begs to inform its clients that the Financial Services Commission of the British Virgin Islands (the “FSC”) has established a new framework for gathering financial, statistical and prudential information in respect of mutual funds named “The Mutual Funds Annual Return” (the “Return”).

will apply to B.V.I companies incorporated before January 1, 2006 which have issued bearer share certificates:
Quijano & Associates informs its clients that the BVI Executive Council has
issued the BVI Business Companies (Amendment of Schedules) Order 2007 which regulates
the period for the transition from bearer shares to non--bearer shares of those
companies organized before 1 January 2005 with the authority to issue bearer
shares known as “Grandfathered Bearer Shares Companies”.
